Rob Moulton has over 25 years’ experience as a software developer, systems designer, data integrator and executive with expertise in marketing, contact management and ERP applications, cloud services, and technology consulting. As President of BPS, which he founded in 2006, Rob manages the company’s business development, project management and operational activities. He is a lead developer, and provides guidance across all aspects of the company.

Rob Moulton

President

Rob Moulton, our founder, started his career as a Microsoft Technologies instructor in the early days of networking. Through his students he realized the competitive challenges companies were facing in the rapidly-changing landscape of software and sales methodologies. So he began a career in equipping companies to better utilize their existing technologies and more effectively mine data. He spent some time in the banking industry focused on database architectures, before moving to an internet startup to successfully grow and automate their highly engaged sales team. It was then, in the early 2000’s, that he refocused his efforts to support, and learn from, a wider range of businesses as the Director of Professional Services for a thriving ISV based in Southern California. However, he found himself gravitating to projects that were heavy in data integration, and improving the “big picture” use of technology for his customers. From that experience, he started Blue Peak Solutions in 2006, a privately held company based in Colorado Springs, CO.
